    The Foundation is registered at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Panama through resolution 201-1431 of October 26, 1990 authorizing income tax deductions for donations. The Foundation is registered as a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) by entry #76 of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
